January Moments

Had a great time celebrating the New Year with friends and was happy to finally be able to use my pretty new diary.
Sold this pretty dress in my Etsy shop! My first dress to sell online.
Went to the Evandale Market and found some pretty vintage finds.
Packed my bags and flew to Brisbane for a holiday and to see one of my best friends get married!

Listening... To Triple J's hottest 100.
Eating... Out at lots of different restaurants and cafes in Brisbane such as Bare Bones Society, Vapiano and Bonsai Botanika.
Enjoying... Spending time with all of my lovely friends in Brisbane and exploring what this beautiful city has to offer.
Looking forward to... My friend, Mias, wedding day, going out for her hens night tonight, and exploring more of the city again next week.

January was a very busy month for me. I finally have the chance to write a post after a couple of weeks of being a bit quiet here. I'm in Brisbane at the moment and am having a wonderful time exploring the city, eating good food and helping get ready for a wedding that I'm a bridesmaid for! Hope your first month of the year was a lovely one and I'll be back later on in the week to post some snippets of my trip so far!

Lovely Florals

{Source Unknown}

Here are some lovely floral pictures for you to end the week. I love flowers and I find these images so inspiring. I have been feeling really inspired lately but haven't had a lot of time over the last few weeks to be creative. I'm, therefore, definitely looking forward to doing a bit of sewing and making over the weekend! I hope your weekend is lovely!

Vintage Finds

Over the last couple of weeks I've had some thrifting success and thought I would share a few of my favourite finds with you. Most of these lovely vintage finds were found at Evandale Market, a amazing country market held in the prettiest little town.

I have a small obsession with vintage rose illustrations and was instantly drawn to this pretty book.
I founds some more vintage patterns to add to my collection. Some cute little dresses and the most perfect wrap skirt pattern that I will be making before summer is over!
A handful of cute pillowcases.
And lastly, the prettiest vintage table cloth. Definitely my new favourite!

Have you had any thrifting success lately?

Dresses For Den Boutique

This month, a lovely new pop-up shop is opening in Launceston called Den Boutique, and I'm very excited to announce that a few of my dresses will be for sale there! Ree, the owner, contacted me last year to see if I was interested in making some dresses for the shop and I was more then happy to! She asked for dresses in a dreamy colour combo of mint, black and grey, and I just love how they look together now that they are all done! The location of the pop-up shop hasn't been finalised just yet, but it will be open by the end of the month!
